I just wanted to share a little bit about me. I’ve always been an outdoors kid. I grew up on a farm with a mom who studied herbs and plants. She has passed down her knowledge to me over the years which has grown my curiosity into undertaking learning about herbs more on my own and the incredible effect our bodies have in conjunction with herbs. While learning I’ve discovered most of our ailments can be cured with herbs. Now I know it seems foreign to most because we are taught by society at an early age that prescription drugs save lives, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Statistically, prescription drugs kill more people than the actual diseases they are treating you for. No one has to take the drugs they are on. Better nutrition, exercise, and herbs – this could save your life. These drugs are chemicals that our bodies were never meant to take so they oftentimes reject them with harmful side effects.
I believe when the Bible was speaking of pharmakeia it was speaking towards sorcery related to these types of drugs. They are chemical cocktails. These are terrible! And it makes me so mad that our government would allow this. The side effects of these drugs they prescribe people is sick when they could cure them with other means. Oftentimes, changing your diet along with the use of herbs and exercise will heal you. These drugs only treat symptoms, never the cause of the problem making you a cash cow to Big Pharma for life. Don’t buy into this. Educate yourselves and treat with herbs.
With that I created a journal to house all the information and research I had done on herbs. This site is a result of that and my passion for herbs has just kept growing ever since. Take it from me, the remedies I’ve provided in here have helped me and my family in huge ways, and I wish to share this with others so that they can care for their children and their families without the harmful effects of pharmaceutical drugs. If you need advice on anything or I don’t have an herb listed you would like me to post, please let me know. Feedback is always appreciated. 🙂
As you can probably tell, I’m a strong believer in exercise specifically yoga. I try and exercise at least an hour a day to keep me in shape both physically and mentally. There’s so much peace to be found in doing yoga and so much benefit in exercise!
I’ve studied nutrition as well and only eat organic vegetables and grass fed meat, no pork. But that’s a blog in and of itself! This diet is not only healthy for you, but eliminates GMO’s and harmful chemicals/additives found in other food.
