Herbal remedies are the way to go if you are sick, no matter how sick you are. Herbs supplemented with good nutrition will provide healing and long term benefits. Keep in mind that fresh air and regular exercise in open air prolongs life. Every room in a house should be well-ventilated with plenty of light and sunshine. Drinking plenty of water and taking baths cures illnesses. Fasting 1-2 days a week is also beneficial.
