Herbal remedies are the way to go if you are sick, no matter how sick you are. Herbs supplemented with good nutrition will provide healing and long term benefits. If I don’t have an herbal remedy listed here that you would like me to add, please email me and let me know! I will be adding more and more herbal remedies as this site progresses.

Keep in mind that fresh air and regular exercise in open air prolongs life. Every room in a house should be well-ventilated with plenty of light and sunshine. Drinking plenty of water and taking baths cures illnesses. Fasting 1-2 days a week is also beneficial.
